What does this mean? Every day we wake and breathe is a chance to practice turning the wheel of the dharma. We help others, we wash the dishes and go to work, we meditate and sleep. Whatever happens is a chance to practice, whether you call it "good" or "bad" it is an opportunity we shall never have again.
